The best of Bea Restaurant at Barangaroo House

Bea Restaurant, located in the impressive three-level Barangaroo House, is a food-lover's paradise. Situated in Sydney's Barangaroo district, home to a hub of trendy high-end restaurants and rooftop bars, Bea is right at home in its waterfront locale.

Bea boasts both indoor and outdoor seating, but the best place to sit to snag those picturesque water views is on the outdoor balcony where you can sip on cocktails while overlooking the harbour. The 'Seasonal Spritz' cocktail, made up of cucumber infused 42 Below vodka, Martini Bianco, apple, prosecco and cucumber is a must-try. Fresh, sweet and fruity, it's the perfect choice for the warmer months.

At Bea, everything is designed to be shared. For parties greater than four people, the 'Chef's Menu', a set menu covering entrées, mains and dessert is a great way to have a taste of everything on offer. Want more freedom to pick and choose the dishes you've had your eye on? Then the a la carte menu is the way to go. Choose from a selection of dishes which come from both land and sea - think, a mix of meat and seafood, all of which are packed with flavour.

For entrée, you don't want to miss out on the raw tuna seasoned with lemonade fruit and salt; nor the beef tartare paired with quail egg and crisps. Both are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The creamed corn with jalapeno butter is also sensational and is an absolute must-try.

For main, you can't miss out on the cooked-to-perfection King salmon paired with diamond clams and grilled cabbage. A moreish choice, you will wish you had ordered two servings. Juicy and packing a punch in flavour, the spatchcock chicken with green rice stuffing is another must-try. Feeling extra peckish? Bea's signature 1kg T-bone cannot be missed.

For dessert, take your pick from a selection of dishes with a uniquely Australian flair. Whether it's the selection of Australian cheeses or the wattle seed caramel koala, you can't leave without giving one of these a try.

The fun doesn't end here though. After a leisurely lunch or dinner at Bea, head upstairs to rooftop bar Smoke for more cocktails and impressive water views. Maybe its the 'Film Star' cocktail with Leblon cachaça, Aperol, coconut, citrus and mango puree which tickles your fancy, or maybe it's the 'Seasonal G&T' with Bombay Sapphire gin, St. Germain elderflower, raspberry, Fever-Tree elderflower tonic and rosé that catches your eye. Whatever you desire, Smoke can deliver.

So gather some friends and head to Barangaroo House this weekend to experience all that Bea Restaurant and Smoke Bar have to offer.
