Located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, 'The Pav' is a hot spot for those searching for a laid-back Sunday sesh. Situated adjacent to the beach, the rooftop bar provides stellar views of the ocean, with the accompanying sea breeze making for a relaxing affair. Mingle on the rooftop balcony with a 'Pavilion Pina Colada' in hand, and soak up the sun while listening to some progressive beats spun from the DJ decks. Hungry? Grab something to eat from the Eastern-European inspired bar menu. The rooftop serves up plenty to satisfy the tastebuds. Choose from the likes of spiced lamb kafta, roasted capsicum pide, and honey burnt haloumi. Still hungry? Head downstairs to the Pavilion restaurant. The fried potatoes with chilli aioli are a must-try!

The rooftop has the perfect feel for a beach-side locale, with rustic, beachy décor adorning the space. Mosaic-top bar tables and white-washed benches reminiscent of the Greek islands populate the sun-soaked balcony, as bar staff clad in white linen can be seen crafting cocktails from each of the rooftop's 4 bars. Not to be missed is the insta-worthy 'Coogee Spritz', which incorporates Apérol, Chandon Rose, lemon, passionfruit, and soda. Although bar lines can become lengthy later in the afternoon, wide open doors and windows make for picturesque ocean views while you wait.
